Theory is fine, but my experience is that audio keeps cutting out on a relatively foot 4G connection. 😟

I really like the short and to the point videos on discrete topics, that I can tailor to my own interests and what I want to get better at. It is super easy to use and I feel like I’ve learned something tangible and useful, even in just a few minutes.
If I don’t like the look of a particular video I just scroll down to the next. Feels much better than scrolling through social media!

Entertaining and effective
When I get 10 minutes spare in the working day, I used to mindlessly scroll through Instagram - instead I’ve recently been scrolling through 5mins and actually learning something and feeling refreshed and reenergised for the rest of my day 🤩
