Hab mir den fortgeschrittenen Teil gekauft und die Wörter laden nicht. Ich will mein Geld zurück oder dass das jetzt endlich klappt.
Funktioniert nicht (mehr)
Die App ist eigentlich ok, funktioniert aber nicht mehr. Nach dem Kauf lassen sich die zusätzlich erworbenen Wörter nicht herunterladen. Schade und auch ärgerlich. So ist die App leider zu nichts zu gebrauchen.

Ripped off
Paid 24$ for the advanced version and it was never unlocked. I contacted support three times and never got an answer or my money back! So until they contact me to get this straight I will leave this review up!

We are glad to inform you that there are two easy ways to regain access to your previous purchase of the app. Variant 1: Just go to the top-left menu, tap on “Support”, then on “Contact us” (from the top-right corner), and then on “New” (also from the top-right corner). Then, please attach a screenshot of your Apple receipt that proves your purchase of the FunEasyLearn app. Variant 2: Just reach out to support@funeasylearn.com, attach the screenshot of your Apple receipt and briefly describe your request.
