Apps stopped working
You pay for their app only to be discontinued a year later with a new title. They don’t reply emails and Apple says they are not responsible for Someone’s else apps.

This app has not stopped working. It is supported and regularly updated. If an app's business model changes, we always enable license transfers. We answer all emails. There is an email link on the purchase screen and in the "About" section. You have been using this app for at least 5 years since you have been writing reviews here for that long.
Just stopped working and never restored
I have used for a long time but once it just stopped working. Instruction says that I need to get updated version and etc. but it did not help. I did not want to pay the second time. It is pity as there were a lot of words saved and customized for my work.

I search for a word; search results come up; I choose the entry I want, but then it freezes, right there. Nothing happens.

Support stopped responding
I bought a version of this app a couple of years ago, and it was working till recently. When I reached out to support they closed the support ticket without fixing the issue or giving a refund. None of the versions works on my iPhone with latest iOS version. It’s a shame, so frustrating!
