Use this for a self-guided tour of Queens, NY
We came to see the University and take the self-guided tour except that the accompanying map shows Queens, NY. How about assigning an app fix to the CIS students? This app is embarrassing to the University of Cincinnati.appy&iknowit
It’s not reliable or worth having
UC doesn’t care about its students. That’s why this app is so poorly designed, maintained and updated. A year ago they “updated” it, but without actually improving or fixing what was complained about.

I downloaded this app purely for the shuttles, which I imagine is similar for a lot of students. Sometimes it works perfectly, but after a couple days it just says "internal server error" and you have to redownload the app. Sometimes, redownloading it doesn't work. For the amount of people who use this app for the shuttle function, you'd think it'd be a little more functional. People depend on this to get to class on time. It should work.Show lessCaaaaaami

New update.. somehow worse
New update with new features but the bus/shuttle map has somehow managed to get worse . It only works half of the time; gives poor time estimates for stop arrival, and the map fails to update -constantly.A girl who rides the bus
Terrible app.
I'm a student at UC and this app has been "suggested" to me by a number of people. I finally downloaded it today after three years on campus. In the 10 minute window it took to download the night ride app and the UC app itself, I've received no information on when shuttle buses will be arriving, the comments page on the UC app doesn't even allow for you to send feedback. Unless someone was to look at this page, they wouldn't even know there was problem. And there are a good few of them bouncing around at least this one if not the night ride app as well.Show lessSDM2017
