I have tried to get in touch by email and by phone several times this app has been down for the last five months giving out false formulas. I have use this app before this problem and it worked great. I don’t know why it’s not updated and if you try to put in a formula, it comes out completely wrong. Beware.!!! if you want a natural look, the formula will give you a formula for a matte, dark color for instants, a natural level 8–0 on a level six they tell you to mix up 7–42!!! what the heck is going on can someone finally answer?Show lessBasic app that hasn’t been working recently
This app hasn’t worked right since the latest update, every tone direction I choose is way off, like I choose chocolate on a level 5 base and I’m shown ashy shades with a -21. I also don’t see a use for this app, unless someone has no knowledge about hair coloring with schwartzgopf or the color wheel and even then, there’s not a whole lot you can do with formulas using the color wheel, like no option to cancel out unwanted undertones.Show lessNolan1215
Generic at best
This app is not helpful at all. If you have been working as a colorist and have specific questions about formulation this app does not provide any help. It provides only basic information that you should already know and does not ask about specific undertones or desired levels and tones. Nothing.
If you are just starting out and need help knowing where to start with your color service maybe this app will help. But besides that it is not helpful.Show lessmargo0705
Virtual colour try on doesn’t work

Great app but would love more colour selection guidance
I haven’t come across many if any of the other professional hair product companies that offer an app like this, so it’s a great little tool to support you with knowing more about all the colour products and shades. The only thing that would make it even better is if the recommendations for formula creation/shade selection took into account a bit more detail about what you’re working with - I.e. irrelevant of what base shade you state, it’ll always says to use the colour you’re wanting to achieve, which doesn’t take into account you might need to counteract warmth for example and therefore if you want the result to look ashy you may in-fact use a violet toned shade to achieve the ash desired colour.Show lessMadameBelles

No volume on videos
Hi. This is a brilliant app but does not matter what I try can not get volume on the videos at all. Love the tutorials but can’t hear anythinglouise tag
Log in screen is blank
The app is lovely and would be an amazing tool if Henkel managed the issues that people have obviously been having for over a year.jazibelle
