We've been requested to localise Ridiculous Fishing, so we did! This update is a minor update and introduces only International Version Support. Ridiculous Fishing now support French, Italian, German, Spanish and Brazilian Portuguese. For English users, nothing has changed beyond that the game will now be hard to understand if you switch your device to another language. We're still working on an update scheduled somewhere in 2014. Happy new year and see you in 2014!

1.2.2

Minor bugfixes to version 1.1 & 1.2 (& 1.2.1) • Faster loading on all devices. • Fixes crash on bootup. • Fixes two-finger boost problem. • Fixes rare crashbug in the maelstrom. Thanks to everyone for such an amazing, amazing reception to Ridiculous Fishing. We're still a little overwhelmed by your enthusiasm, your ratings and your response to the game. • Play your own music • New items to be found in the store • Maelstrom updated with new patterns and fish • Other surprises and things to do Whether or not Billy has redeemed himself during your Ridiculous Fishing adventure, this first minor update for the game solves a lot of small annoyances and little bugs you've shared with us. You'll be able to play your own music instead of Eirik Suhrkes magnificent soundtrack if you so insist, the game should allow you to re-equip the Swiss Lure and some little typing errors from those last days of crunching on the game have been fixed. We've added a few new items, of which one offers an often requested feature: the knife will allow you to cut the line to instantly restart an attempt. No longer will you have to wait until the line comes all the way back up just trying to catch that one last fish. It's not for killing fish, though, it would be absurd to kill fish with knives or the like. The most mythical of places now has a few new fish and patterns for the Eagler Award-winning anglers amongst you, including the all-new Friend Fishes hidden in the depths of the oceans. Finally, one final addition asks you not to dive into the depths, but to raise it into the skies. With that last tidbit, we leave you to your fishing ways. We cannot thank all of you enough and we hope you rate and review, but most of all enjoy this first update for Ridiculous Fishing, while we start working on big things just beyond the horizon.

  • A Cry for Support

Ok, the title for this review may be a bit over exaggerated but I seriously do like the game. I just need help with what the game and its display. The buttons work great but on my screen (IPhone 12), they display only in the top right corner. Correct my if I’m wrong but I believe the game may be thinking I’m on an Apple Watch or it’s just a genuine bug. If anyone, but especially Vlambeer sees this review, please help, the game looks amazing and I’d like to enjoy it myself

  • DO NOT BUY!

This game is broken to the point where it’s almost impossible to play I bought it and immediately realized the issues, the screen to continue to the shop or keep fishing is scaled down by a lot but this isn’t the main issue, the main issue is the store is completely broke price tags and purchases buttons are hidden behind other items so it’s almost impossible to buy items or see the price. I play radical fishing on pc back in 2011 and got this bc I figured it was the next best thing but it was not. Do not waste your money on this broken game if I could get a refund I would.
