Not happy

No need for this app or any other to have any of my personal information or purchase requirements. Am not getting. Will go back to the paper version before selling my soul.

This would have been five stars if there was more local sports. It has been awhile since there has been much in the way of reporting on the U of R basketball, except for short accounts of scores.
I realize it's mostly the lack of people to do this, plus if I have understood this correctly, there is not much left of an actual Leader Post building.

Delivery

Not. Much in the paper any more but even less since we lost our delivery man and can’t reach a live person to find out why I am not getting it on a regular basis even though my prescription is paid up . Your automated system doesn’t cut it when something requires more than a push of a button .

Review

You are a very biased paper. You keep pushing the fear aspect of Covid. Why would a yoga instructor deserve huge front page headline stating masking is required in her studio when there are much more urgent issues to report not even related to masks. You are very unprofessional in your reporting and slam anyone who goes against your narrative IF they even get a mention. I have cancelled my subscription as I was down to the puzzles, cartoons and obituaries as the pretty much the only worthwhile reading.

Complicated software for settings

When the E paper is having an issue you should e-mail your users immediately and let them know so we don’t waste time trying to get it to work from our end like thinking it’s our internet or device not working. Also the settings don’t let you do things and so phone calls are required. For instance I have set I want the last 7 papers saved. Yet if I don’t download each day it’s not possible to get them later? Since your system is bad in this area then do an auto download of the amount of papers I want saved.

Fix this technology

The software sucks. Even when it works it doesn’t work properly but for 3 days now I have been unable to download my epaper. So I am paying for something I am not receiving. Very frustrating and I guess I may as well cancel my subscription.

Limited local news except for Murray Mandry constantly criticizing the provincial response to COVID. He’s a political reporter?? When is the last time he reported on municipal politics. Time to cancel my subscription.

Obstructed words

When someone leaves a comment on an article there is a number comes up and that number blocks words which, at times, can be very annoying!

Th e Leader post review

I like the leader post and I read it every day. What I miss the is the Monday edition paper form. Return to the Monday morning paper.

I miss a full sports section with current information.
i suggest that you delay your printing deadline to allow your writers time to get there stories in before press time.
Remember we are all not all political junkies so less of that topic.

There is nothing better in the morning as a good paper and a good cup of coffee.

I have been reading the Leader Post for sixty years.
I hope to continue this for along time yet.

I love sports and enjoy stories of our local teams as well as our and i know other people have other there favourites other than the Riders, Leafs, and the Jays also the Pats.

I like news from around the world and our great province.

I believe that a paper should tell true stories . Not print editorials. There is a section for that.

Great Feature

Ability to comment on certain articles is a very nice feature. Getting to see how other subscribers feel on issues is very interesting and let’s you feel connected.
