Duplicate purchases
I am frequently double charged for a single purchase…I suspect there is a software glitch in the app. Please fix or I will need to stop buying The Province paper.
Missing issues
Do not like that I can not download a issue I missed. Ie it is Monday and I did not read Sundays paper.
Frustrating app
The ePaper once downloaded is great but when you have to log out every other day and log back in, not so great. Called several times to fix including deleting and reloading the app. Appears the tech side cannot fix…
Not receiving ePaper
I didn’t receive my ePaper for March 3 OR March 4 and didn’t receive the March 2nd edition until late on March 3rd.

Not able to get the Saturday Sun.
We get the Province paper daily. We would like to get the Saturday Sun as well, but we are unable to purchase it through ITunes. We used to buy the Saturday Sun with no problem and they would just charge our credit card. I don’t understand what the problem is.
Can’t download back issues
With this new version of the app, I’m unable to download back issues of the newspaper where it was previously possible. They need to fix this and it will be a good app again.
No access
With a paid subscription to newspaper delivery, I understand I was to get the e version of your paper included. I got the e version for maybe 1 month and have not been able to gain access ever since. Very disappointed. Feel cheated.
On line subscription
If I don’t open the e-edition everyday, the daily paper will by pass it, and I can’t get into the edition I am missing.
