Doesn’t work
For the past two weeks, the app hasn’t worked. It just says sorry try again and then I get the wheel of death.Love this app!
What a huge upgrade from the old platform! I love how much I can do on this app from setting travel notifications to seeing a snapshot of my credit score. Very easy to transfer between accounts or joint accounts I’m on.

The worst banking app i’ve ever used. It is impossible to pay bills on here if you do not have their checking account. Good luck trying to link an external one as it will take days. Also kept getting locked out of my account and saying I was putting in the wrong security codes even though I was not. Just awful.Show lessDeveloper Response

I don’t like how my payroll check is a pain in the butt to deposit. There is no way for our payroll system to type payroll for week…it has to be hand typed and not written, AND I have to email a copy of ck and stub and both an employee if I want use of the money in less than 3 days.
The new mobile banking will not save my password like the old one did

I love banking with Midcoast; however, the new app update needs some minor tweaking. I'm already missing the easy-to-find routing number and the fact that in the old version, the routing number was able to be copied ensuring that it was always correct when you needed to use it. Having to switch back and forth between apps because I can no longer copy and paste is cumbersome and leaves (unnecessary) room for error!Show lessDeveloper Response

More testing should have been done before the new app was rolled out. On the old app I had separate logins for personal and shared accounts so I could at least make mobile deposits into each as needed by logging in using the correct login, but on the new app I can only make mobile deposits into the shared account since that was the login both were merged into. This means the new app is currently less functional for me than the old one. This is an issue that should have been caught and fixed during testing since this is likely a common problem given the number of people that have both a personal and shared account. Other than this very annoying issue I do like the app and would otherwise have given it 4 or 5 stars.Show lessDeveloper Response
