  • Flaky and slow

    I’m considering canceling my subscription since half the time I can’t read the paper. The app won’t load the e-paper often.

  • Buggy app that does not get better

    This one has been buggy since the release and there seems to be no end in sight. Using it for epaper access is a daily nightmare of page zooming, page advancing, and readability issues. App changes seem to prioritize areas that do not address the long standing problems. It’s disappointing that no one associated with the newspaper seems to “eat their own food” or the content and navigation issues would be addressed sooner.
