Pending deposits
Hey !!! It would be nice if we can see our deposits pending the day before payday like on all the other banking apps when we log on …this would be helpful instead of calling

Very easy to navigate and dependable. Has always met my needs, anytime I’ve needed support I’ve been treated fairly.
This app is garbage
I’m seriously about to switch banks because of this app. This shouldn’t be a problem after years of complaints! Fix it!
Help with error code
So as many stated here the error code 0014. So what I did to overcome this was to disable my VPN. For whatever reason this seem to block the communication with the server. Now that I was able to get my user name and password in. The app even works with the VPN back on. The bank IT department should be aware of this, that’s why a 3 star. They should of been able to correct this problem. Wish all users luck.

Stopped letting me log in, tells me I have invalid user ID or password but I can login on the website fine
Constant Error
The app is constantly stating “Error The Data Network is busy or unavailable. Please try again or come back later.” No matter when I try or even if connected to WiFi. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled and still the same error.
It use to work
App has gotten to where it doesn’t work. They do not update the app like it needs to be. I just deleted it from phone, easier to call and aggravate someone at the bank than trying to deal with this app.
Face ID
The app I had would do Face ID but after it was deleted the downloads now don’t have all the software to do Face ID.

Just downloaded the app, so far so great!!! Much easier then having to log in to the main site. Easy lay out. Already did an account transfer. The only thing I would recommend is better info on where to get activation code. So far I love it!!!
