Average app from a long timer user
I’ve had this app for a while now and thought I’d try using it for a long trip (7-9hours long). Only to end up with the past 1 hour of trip missing… thanks you very much

I am updating this review as I finally managed to contact the developer, who has been very helpful. I have now bought the Pro version with the lifetime purchase.
I made a couple of requests and pointed out a minor bug and the developer has said that they will be addressed in the next release.
Once the ads are gone the appearance and professionalism of the app really shines through.
Well worth the investment.

I really like this and it’s well thought out and presented. Before purchasing the full no-ad version I messaged, through the app, the developer with 3 queries and to point out that in full screen mode the map isn’t showing the speed. Sadly, I’ve had no response and suspect that this is now abandoned-ware. If I do get a response I’ll change the review accordingly but for now I would avoid it. There’s a shortcut to start a trip but no shortcut to end a trip. Another indication of this being unloved and abandoned. Such a shame. EDIT: There seems to be no way to contact Support. The Support link in the App Store just takes me to an information page with no option to contact the developer. This is a real shame as this app shows so much promise and could be really useful and really excellent.

Needs auto start and stop feature
The app is good except It needs to automatically start when you start driving, or when it senses you in motion, and automatically stop once you stop driving, once you arrive at your destination. It’s hard to remember to start a trip every time I drive and even harder to remember to end the trip..
I was hoping to use this app as an odometer and to record how much time I spend in the car every week but it just defeats the purpose when i have to remember to turn it on everytime , or when I remember to turn it on once I’m half way to work then forget to turn it off hours later. I just end up having a bunch of 8-9hr trips that aren’t even the correct mileage. Auto start and. Auto stop feature like mileIQ and other similar apps would make the app work like it should. I’ve been paying $2.99 but as it right now I can’t justify it to keep paying.
