Disappointing
The app is very difficult to connect at times. Once connected, everything works as planned; EXCEPT: MyTana forces their logo into all my videos recorded on the app!!!! Do they really think their branding is appropriate in my videos? These video go to home owners! Do you know how confusing that can be? How about you offer an upload for YOUR CUSTOMER to install their own logo for branding? Try Vivax cameras.

As a small business owner/operator this app is horrible. I have IOS with a 6S. I will be in the middle of video inspecting and receive a phone call and have it waste all my time to that point. When the device is rotated it doesn’t resize the screen for the ability to delete in a portrait orientation. The list of prior jobs becomes a pain to select the bottom few. Lately I’ve had a lot of failed recordings, showing that they recorded but are a jpeg with a play arrow on it. Oh and when I end up having to restart device and camera to get connectivity between them that’s always a fun time also.

I had the recording for a while then it all of a sudden deleted on its own. Fix it
