Pretty Useless
What is the point of this app? I have a CD with them and this just shows the last 2 month’s balances. No other history. Can’t do anything else. Didn’t even know that if you log into their site on a browser, it’s COMPLETELY different than this app. That actually shows you things and gives u options!Norolimfrodo
Worthless
I have a CD with this bank. When I opened it, I downloaded the app and I set up a username and a password. I didn’t check the account for a while. My CD matures soon. So I so I thought I would go into the app to see what it says about it. No matter if I used the username or my email address with my password. It wouldn’t accept it. So I called Customer Service which did answer rather quickly and they reset my password and read it to me. I wrote it down and read it back to them and hung up. I tried to get into my account and got the same message. The next day I try again still no luck. I deleted the app and reinstalled it and I still can’t get it into my account. Luckily while I was on the phone, I said I wanted to take my money out at maturity and they sent me the form which I signed online and sent back. I got a email receipt that they had the form so let’s see if they actually send me my money.Show lessikanatto
Worst Internet Banking Experience
I have not had a worse internet banking experience with any other bank.
They make it so hard to get into your own account.
No Face ID so you have to log in every single time with a password. Even then, it’s a hit or miss on whether you will get on or not.
When I tried to sign in with my user id online, it gave me a list of random numbers to either call or text.
I used the same name and password on the app and it was fine.
Geez. My CD is only for 9 months but I will be closing the acct and moving it to some place that allows easier access.Show lessIcysmilez
