Mobile money

Please update the app such that we are also able to transfer money to other mobile money numbers other than our own

Security and optimization

The app is okay. I believe it’s in it’s early stages but we customers need more from it.
-Face ID support or IPhones please
-optimization for newer versions of IOS
-Support for more mobile devices like IPADS please
-more mobile banking features

Face ID issue

The only biometric supported is the fingerprint. Forgetting technology has far moved from fingerprints.

When I enabled fingerprint on am iPhone X, the app was quitting at the log in screen. Had to delete the app and reinstall afresh.

Haven’t set up again, scared it will still quit. Slot of bugs that need to be resolved and also a lot missing with the data analytics

Good app but still buggy

The app works okay but is very buggy. Transactions work 70% of the time. Sometimes EFTs don't work....another time it's mobile money. What frustrating is that there is no notification to tell you what service isn't working. The design of the app is very and fluid but the it's buggy.
