No apparent choice of language
One presumes Air France considers itself a global brand. A overwhelmingly French-language offer tarnishes that reputation. Maybe I missed it, but I found nothing else except children’s fare in Spanish, English and German.

Contents are either European and English. I hope they have wider variety in the languages
Impossible de se connecter
Platinum à vie: Depuis les mises à jour récentes d’Apple, je ne peux plus télécharger des journaux ou des magazines (sur deux vols récents ). Par ailleurs le choix des langues ne se met pas à jour. Très mauvaise vitrine pour une excellente compagnie par ailleurs.
Language issue
I am aware that this is a French airline, very cool to have the download option, but I don’t speak French, disappointed that there is one newspaper in English.
Broken
This update as « Air France press » is a disaster. It keeps forgetting I have credits and breaks down after each download. Each time I have to log out, log back in, confirm codes, attempt to download a paper which may or may not work, and then I am locked out again.

Je rentre ma réservation et rien ne se passe. L utilisation sur iPhone ne semble pas au top
Plante souvent
Application très lente. Difficile de se connecter. Ne se synchronise pas avec les réservations. Plante souvent. Ne prend pas en compte les nouveaux statuts de fidélité Flying Blue. N’est pas une bonne vitrine pour Air France vu les défaillances de cette application.
Doesn’t work
You have to add your booking reference to be able to download anything but it won’t accept the input and just gives an error message to verify the information you’ve entered.
Buggy, clunky “French Tech”
Air France should simply yank this app, retire it for good and move on. And brink back in-flight newspapers and magazine.
The app rarely works, it keeps crashing for no obvious reason ….
