Fantastic app for any motorsports fan worldwide, especially when INDYCAR coverage isn’t widely available free to air in some countries. My daughter also loves it.

Fantastic app for the true followers
I’ve used this app for over a year now and I’m still blown away by the information i have access to. The driver’s “dashboard” in addition to remaining time on their “push to pass”, number of laps since they last pitted, mph, applied brake pressure, etc. I’ve been a “student” of motorcycle and auto racing for over 50 years and feel so fortunate to be able to follow a race this in depth! Thank you!!

Great for Indycar, but needs a little more
If you only care about the top step of Indycar, then the app is great. All the information in one place. Race day telemetry and info is awesome. Love having video links and the IMS radio in the app (especially helpful when at a race to keep track of everything).
Would love to see more for the road to Indy. Driver info and spotter guides, championship standings, etc. for Indy Lights, USF2000, and Indy pro 2000. Otherwise, good app for my favorite sport.

Great Content, Horrible Layout
I have long enjoyed the excellent reportage on the IndyCar app. The extra features, including data on the drivers, teams, races, and tracks, are a nice bonus – as is the detailed background information on the sport and its rules.
But recently the web designers have unwittingly ruined the app. It is now impossible to read news articles and size them on your iPad or iPhone. Instead, the app controls your screen space. There are wide columns of menus down the left-hand side that won’t disappear. I cannot read the articles anymore without first hunting for a pair of reading glasses or a magnifying glass. In fact, I don’t even bother anymore – I have stopped reading the app because it is so annoying.

Improving continuously
Every year, INDYCAR racing and the app make continuous improvements.
Great app for info and race augmentation
The app has all things Indy in one place: news, schedule, race radio, live video from drivers, all FREE.
It’s not perfect; the in car video was pretty choppy and digitalized, presumably because it is live and they are going 200mph.
Also, the live info is pretty limited compared to the website: they show telemetry but don’t show any data aside from differential. It would be nice to see who has what tire, when last pit was, passes or push to passes left etc.
But overall it is a nice addition to any fan. (Bonus you can control notifications so it doesn’t become annoying)

I always get what I need
This app is great! I can go a few days in between races without missing a thing when race day gets close. This is the first year I have had all the information I need and have not been caught by surprise. The combination of the INDYCAR and NBC apps and coverage of the races by NBC have done a wonderful job during this crazy year schedule.
