This app is decent but it is a bit aged. Needs more functionality and a more modern UI. But as a florist is acceptable

BUT it does not give driving directions.

This is NOT a consumer app. But for florist this is legit! Takes our deliveries and confirmations to a whole new level! Being a small locally owned florist, apps like these that are made available to us is awesome! And FTD needs too know Kimberly R. Was phenomenal! Good customer service seems like a lost art! But Kimberly R. Nailed it! I want to give a Big shout out & thanks for her tech support and help today! We are loving the functionalities of the app and user friendly ease of the interface! We feel more prepared for Motherβs Day!! Thank u KIMBERLY ! & FTD π

Suggestion
Just a thought, why not add a refresh button... one that work too.... it would make your app at least 100% more useful

Ok this app is for retail florists and their employees! I'm pretty sure that in the app details the words...keep up with deliveries and declined credit cards should be interpreted as FOR BUSINESS OWNERS AND EMPLOYEES NOT RANDOMS TRYING TO ORDER FLOWERS! People y'all reall have to start reading the "fine print" before jumping in headfirst and blowing out a vertebrae smdh this app is great except I have an issue with how quickly it self updates. Sometimes it's really quick and sometimes EVERY order shows right back up! Tried customer service and had both the app n the program uninstalled and reinstalled but still same issue...

Seriously it won't even open now!
Immediately crashes. Can't even open to see if the gps/location services bugs are fixed not to mention the crappy screen ratio... Come on y'all get it together!
What happened to this app??
My app updated today and now I can't open the app at all!! I use this app multiple times a day and can't afford this app not to work!! Please Help!!
Location services problem
Downloaded the the updated FTD app for my new iPhone 6s Plus and the the app doesn't fit screen right and the location services won't stay on. Can't get map view in customer detail. Other than that it's the same outdated app as before.
Not a proper app
It's amazing that FTD doesn't have a proper app for ordering flowers. 1-800-Flowers is the only major florist that has a proper app. Download that one instead.
