  • Customer Service

    Once pain a time there was a 10year client who changed addresses and didn’t notifying his credit union. He then went into a branch to get a replacement debit card after changing his address. The banker told him there would be a $10 charge to get the card. Then the loyal client removed his money except for a small rainy day account and opened his mortgage, auto loans, 9 credit cards, Heloc and soon to be 2 additional car loans with another bank. $10 fee for a debit card replacemennt…
