Why this forgot button exists if we need to call customer service and we need to transfer money in emergency case and we can’t use this nonsense app and it take time to pick up the call that is done by us and we need to call more than 2-3 times that i am not getting any temporary password. Khalti is far better then this app.Show lesssagaaaarr

Bad way to keep people money on hold. Once I paid cash to my friend he paid me on esewa and reported to esewa customer support my money on esewa went on hold.Adarash chaudhary

Glitch
I am unable to login to my esewa id from US, and I can’t contact those stupid support from here, I can’t pay the electric bills, every household has someone living abroad and their old parents at home, me being unable to pay the electric bill, either my parents has to go to the electric office or has someone to pay their electric bills. When these so called it technician will improvise their connectivity among the peoplesShow lesscancelled your order

They don’t have proper customer service. They don’t have any help or support for OTP on email. Once my amount is transfer to my acc I won’t be using this stupid app.pun milan

Waste of time and bad CS
Ever since i got this app got nothing but headaches i transfer money on this app by making an account and what not i had to send that somewhere then it started asking me to verify KYC which should’ve been mentioned at the beginning not after i transferred money on this app however once i tried to transfer the money it then mentioned to DO A KYC verify WHICH i had no issues with as i was proceeding to do so by putting all my id and passport details it kept crashing almost every single time, i called up their cs team and their answer was it’s being updated ?! Like this app is a bunch of scam i wouldn’t recommend it to anyone new coming to nepal.Show lessITS ASIM

Need to be modern
Application is gradually growing and enabling many modern smart functions. But it should allow users to use email as secondary verification method.
Incase, people will travel abroad, they are not able tonuse this app. So tonuse email as secondary verification method, it will enhance users’ access to it even after leaving country even if its for short term or long term.Show lessihatethis#
