• A "Reset" option has been added to the Settings "..." menu. This resets the Client to its factory configuration, erasing all saved credentials and other customer-specific settings. This option is repeated on the PIN screen under the label "I forgot my passcode," which allows the Client to be reset without signing in first, which is useful for shared devices. • Users can now update Control's Client policies with the "Refresh Configuration" option under the Settings "..." menu. • Support for Okta authentication. This includes the "Authentication Tests" and "Identity Provider Logout" options under the Settings "..." menu. • Control's Protocol Policies are now supported. • The desktop icons displayed on the Client dashboard have been updated with new graphics. Additional variations have been added so you can distinguish visually between different kinds of desktops. Icons are selected in Control for each desktop pool or app. • Users can now reboot their persistent desktops if rebooting is enabled in the desktop pool definition.

Horrible Option For Cloud Computing
Expensive and unreliable. The client doesn’t connect, drops connection, or won’t even allow you to sign in. There are so many better options out there. Worst decision ever for our business to deploy Workspot. End users hate it.
