What's New in Oxford Learner's Bookshelf
5.19.0
October 2, 2024
We’ve fixed some bugs and made some improvements to keep everything working well.
I bought the Metro Teacher’s Guide. Tried to download it in the app but my access code gave me the student edition. What in the world? Next, the audio doesn’t work at all on my iPad for the videos. This is completely useless to me.
Response from developer
Hello, we're sorry you have an issue with your Metro Teacher's Guide. Please write to eltsupport@oup.com with 'APPLE OLB Review' in the subject and share: your full name, registered email address, a video (if possible) showing the issue, access code, your device's model and version of your operating system. Our team can then look into this. Best wishes, the Oxford Learners Bookshelf team.
