Incredibly flawed system
I lost access to my account thanks to this terrible system. I synced my account with this authenticator for the extra lodestone port, and eventually decided to take a break from the game and made the grave mistake of uninstalling the app. Now I can’t access my account and am unable to perform an emergency removal because I can’t access my emergency removal password due to not being able to access my account info in the first place… 🙃Show lessMissMcCloud64

So many people are complaining about you guys password system. This isnt a clover idea or even semi clover this is the worst system i have ever come across just fix it so people can play the game. 2 outta 5 stars and you guys have a lot of bad reviews smhMulamane

It works great. Write down your emergency software removal token. I learned the hard way not to lose that thing but SE support was able to help me out and remove the 2FA for me when I messed up some technical stuff the one time. Human error is the most common cause for things to go wrong with any 2FA app. Aside from that, I’ve never had problems with this app not functioning as it should.Show lesskaylsaladgirl
