Won’t do anything to fix it
Every time I scan the QR code it always says it wrong. To add on to that I have seen nothing but bad reviews showing how they people who made this do not care nor try to fix this issue.
Non-functional
QR code displayed on my fridge display, dometic directed me to this app. Won’t even recognize the QR code, useless. Dometic says it’s because the new iOS doesn’t work with the app, so I tried an old I phone and an android, no luck. $1000 fridge is now useless, company is not helpful and doesn’t seem to care.

This app has been updated and no longer works on iPhone
Massive multinational Dometic designs products which rely on apps but don’t seem to take the support of those apps seriously, leaving th consumer high and dry. Be warned!
QR code wrong format
Dometic tool scanning the QR code generated by Dometic CFX3 says the QR code is the wrong format. Only option is Try again so endless loop.
Wrong language
I downloaded to finish a control module install and I can’t read anything because it’s all in Chinese and I can’t see a way to change the language
Not in English
I was told to download this app from Dometic support but the app is in Chinese or Japanese. Gives a red exclamation point when I scan the QR code on my CFX3 75DZ.
