Reviews of Educational apps for kids

  • Cannot have on multiple deviced

We purchased this thinking it will be the full version on all our devices but it does not. While my 2.5 yr old likes the app, it was not worth the purchase for only one device.
  • Unknown error

Unknown error message is displayed with only OK button available. Pressing it does not help, the message keeps reappearing. The app is unusable because of it.

    Developer Response

We are sorry to hear that! Thank you for reporting this. Our customer support eagers to help you! For that, please email us the screenshot of the message and the details where it appears at tinyhandsapps@gmail.com. We are looking forward to your letter.
  • Waste of money

One concept and once done with puzzles on one page that was it. I had clear it out to get the same puzzles again. A waste of money and I’m trying to figure out how to get a refund. I reached out in email but after looking at reviews it doesn’t seem like there is more to this app. Also, it looks like they want you to pay 1.00 more a month. Why would I do that when this game stops after all stacking puzzles are completed.

    Developer Response

Hello, Thank you for reporting this! Right now we are having 15 stacking levels for this game with an ascending difficulty level. You can replay them as much times as you wish. We think having more levels will be definitely helpful and efficient for our app. Regarding your second note, we do not force anyone to pay more than the game costs. There is no need to pay for the game twice either. If you still have any questions regarding the app, please, contact us immediately at tinyhandsapps@gmail.com
