Don’t think it is stable enough
The connection keeps getting lost. Not sure if it is to do with wifi or anything else as I don’t see any feedback. Then it may take several attempts to reconnect and I have no idea what has worked.
since2023 it get slower
i bought this 2 years plan from them, now it get slower, i can’t even watch a single youtube video without being interrupted by connect lost…i should start to seek a new company now…
Good app
9 times out of 10 this app is fantastic I highly recommend it .jane although customer service can do better .
Clever theft
Canceled the subscription (so I thought) with their complicated cancellation process. Disgusted that it was still running and in fact not canceled and now I’ve payed for two months of this shoddy thing. It’s like a crafty form of robbery. Never use this again. Gross

FlowVPN
It usually connects but occasionally I have to keep swapping servers. I have been able to watch uK tv abroad. Occasionally it drops out once it has connected. IT’s performance is satisfactory.
Disconnects everytime
It used to work but now after 5 mins or less it just disconnects
Connection drops Too Often
When it works it works - BUT the connection drops too frequently, about every 25 minutes. Does not work with Netflix. Apart from that…. well I have a subscription and It is the best one I have tried over the years
Woeful customer service
I have used this service for several years with no issues
Last month suddenly the service tells me my subscription has expired
I check and find it had not so I searched and searched and eventually found an email address for support
I quickly received a response to my mail asking for me to send records of my subscription which I duly did, since then despite repeated emails no further response
I tried to take another short subscription as I was away and needed to connect, the service took my money but still stated my subscription was expired
I again email and again no response
So I short if it works it’s a good vpn
If it goes wrong the support is non existent and they take your money but provide no service

Best on trial
This Vpn was the best when I was using on 7 days trial but immediately after subscription it started bringing errors and turning itself every few minutes, I don’t want to judge right now but feel like I have been scammed coz when try support I get a 502 error. That will be my first and last subscription from me and don’t think that’s the way to do business.
