The customer service is excellent but the confirmation code a long time to process.

Great Service

Windsor Federal has always been there for me. With people like Lori Marinone (sp) who seems to always catch anything suspicious on my account ,to the great customer service from the tellers. I would strongly recommend this bank.

No Matter Where I am…

I am currently in Utah traveling south and was able to transfer money from one account to another to cover credit card debt!! Amazingly wonderful. Stress-free vacation!!! Thank you

New Update is Aggravating

I thought the older version of the app was fine. I enjoyed the new Face ID feature. However, once I get out of that initial login screen, the entire app turns blank white. Yes, I have turned my phone on and off and it still does it even when I have service. It’s really inconvenient because I cannot check my balance as often as I’d like. I hope that this issue can get fixed.

Unable to lock my card

I lost my wallet and needed to lock my card. The page to do so wouldn’t load, so I’m not able to prevent any charges on my account

We are sorry to hear that. Please know you can always call 860-688-8511 to have your card shut down. You can also restrict your card using the mobile app.

Face ID

I’m wondering if Face ID will ever be on here because most people have newer phones and not everyone had Touch ID.It’s anoying to type in my pass word once I close the app it would be so much easier with Face ID.
