Can’t log in
My log in for website doesn’t work for app and support was no help. It’s been almost a year and no resolution.BerryvilleDuo
Credentials Issue with login
Had the credentials issue with the app & had very poor effort by Coach-Net support. I figured out a fix - make your password a shorter length. I was using a complex 16+ character password that worked fine on my laptop but not the phone app. Switched up to an 8 character one & it worked. It may take longer but at least we know whet the “ credentials issue” is about.Show lessPnut&Me
App does not work
Same issue as other users. When trying to set up my account. I get the message “there was an error”. Cannot use app.Lucky-heart
App does not let you log in

Does not work
App just does not respond. I am able to log in, but other than that does not accept any data such as vehicle info, people info, preferences, etc. Paid 250$ for the RV program, but now worried how they will respond to roadside assistance calls if there is not reference info in my account. Please fix the app!!
This rating is just for the app. I got the same thing that one of the other reviewers stated in that the credentials aren’t accepted in the app or even on the website. I did the same thing and changed my password multiple times but it didn’t matter. However, I do seem to be able to log in when I go through 1Password. The app aside, CoachNet is a great service & have used their technical support several times (during the day & late at night) and it is fantastic. Please fix the app so it’s a functional resource!Show lesso2bhealthy
Maybe the worst app ever?
Just joined CoachNet and set up my account downloaded the app. Attempted to sign on but the app would not accept my credentials. Changed password three times. Multiple attempts later I uninstalled and started over. Same results. Did this three times. No wonder this app gets such crappy ratings. I sure hope the RV emergency service is better than this app or I just wasted a lot of money.Show lessMknkl

Nothing - can’t log in
I no longer can login using my iPhone 14 Pro. I’ve done everything I should. I’ve deleted the app and reinstall the app. Restarted the phone. Nothing works nothing….Securit24
