Poor business decisions.
If you are asking why the app has been buggy, it’s because they want you to have problems and call customer service. They want silver members to call after hours, which is ridiculously early if you are on the west coast. They charge you $35. These problems and wipes are very easy to fix if you know where to look. But it’s hidden. This is done so they can hire low level tech service people who can “fix” issues, but all they know is where to look. This is a predatory way of business and the culture at alamode has changed durastically. Unfortunately no one is building a proper app for an industry which is slowly dying.Show lessiambitterboutit
Bugs in latest update
Since my last update the app is not liking being in sketch mode.. it is constantly shutting down, which in turn is not saving latest measurements. This is causing me unnecessary extra time, even causing me to go back an led measures walls twice.. annoying!AppraiserTx
When will it work again
Been using app for years no problem. Last 6 months it has been the worst. I had 2 files corrupted in the field lost everything. Explaining to homeowner that I now have to re do everything so unprofessional. Freezes up for no reason. I used to rave about how great this was. Not anymore.5280aporaise
Crappy Update
Been using this since it came out with no issues until Core Logic decides to update without consulting people who actually use it. Now so slow it adds at least 15 minutes to inspection time. Fix or roll back!Fix this crappy update!
Lose photos
Lose photos not reliable and have been told no one else having the issue I am I loved total but I’m ready to throw in the towel with total for mobile unless they get a fixhelp mobile
Good app not reliable
App shuts off several times in the middle of appraisal inspection, and sometimes erasers data and sketches. Pictures don’t get labeled correctly when double clicking the label to take a picture. If the app worked correctly it would be a great time saver!Pitmastert
Crashes
The update was obviously released and automatically applied without proper beta testing. The sketch function crashes constantly and adds significant time to perform the site inspection!
Please roll back to the previous version while you fix the issues in the ill-prepared update. PLEASE!Sandsman1
Constantly crashes
Has caused me more pain in the field using this app than if I didn’t. Constantly crashes and makes me lose part or all of my building sketchchase.pursley817

It’s a great app and saves me a lot of time, but has been crashing while I’m using it in the field and a few times I’ve lost part of my sketch when crashes. Please fix!Jamesbm5
Major time saver
I’m saving myself cumulative hours each week on photos alone! Not to mention I can draw my sketch immediately after taking the measurements so if there is a mistake I can correct it before ever leaving the property. Once I found out about the checklist, I’m saving even more time. I think what made this app even better was the free webinar I watched to learn a lot of the features and tricks.Show lessokcappraiser
