Thanks for your message. Closing apps on iPhone X is different than previous versions, and our apps display in landscape mode. Here's how to do it: 1. While holding the phone in landscape mode, swipe up from the "bottom" of the screen. Note that this is the long side of the display, not the short side due to the landscape mode orientation. 2. Use a quick swipe upwards to close the app.Freezes a lot
"Pinch the pepper" can't go passed level 5, it's just froze. Waste of money!!!!KatieKuzaaaaa

No letter tracing in the kids version

My son struggles with fine motor movements. This app has been so helpful in strengthening these skills. He especially enjoys the Hot Pepper game. I have seen such an improvement in his ability to hold a pencil and also to manipulate the pencil with his fingers. He used to use his arm to control his hand while writing, but with the use of this app he has learned how to control the smaller muscles in his fingers. He is now able to make the letter /o/ without the use of the larger muscles in his arm. I'm amazed at his progress. Thank you, Frank Jensen and company! The Trace & Erase feature has been enhanced, with 29 options that you can access in any order. The other two features of this app, Squish the Squash and Pinch the Pepper are great fine motor tasks as well, that also address visual tracking. As an occupational therapist working with children through age 5, I am impressed! And last but not least, I appreaciate that you responded to my initial email and then contacted me when the upgrade was available. Great customer service!
