The mobile app of Justdial is seriously one of the best local search engines. I must say that they are the best among other local search engines. I have tried their services many times in the past. Have ordered food online from my favourite restaurants. Have booked movie tickets. Have hired cars. Have also checked out for doctors when my family was unwell and hubby was out of town. Restaurants, movies and many other useful services just come packed in one single app. Honestly, if I need something urgent, the only thing that comes to my mind is Justdial. All you have to do is download JD Lite app and enjoy the services they offer. You’ll never know unless you do that.Show lessNiktroil
The Worst app
Just dial is the worst platform for advertising your business. I registered and became a paid member recently and my business was listed as per my need until I made the payment .After the payment they listed my business in their own format.Once the payment is done , these ppl will NEVER respond properly to you. The worst customer service you ll ever see. I called the customer care to file a complaint against them and they kept diverting ma call and none of them transferred d call to the concerned department. I somehow managed to hold for more than 30 minutes but even then thy dint take my complaint . Please do not go for justdial. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE.
