easily the best online card game but terrible balancing system, every set comes out with increasingly OP cards, ideas get gimmicky and just downright op. I have no complaints about the animations, currency, f2p availability, events, just the terrible balancing system. Wild is unplayable because you just die on turn 4. Standard feels terrible because any fun deck just gets completely stomped by aggro decks. The only fun I have had in this game lately is from arena and you can only get so far when you get unlucky. To save this game I think they should implement a new rank system where winrate and game duration contribute to how much your rank is going to increase. One last thing is my opinion on battlegrounds, I think that duos was a good idea, allowing teamwork and achieving a similar experience as double-up from TFT. The problem with this idea is the difference in gameplay. In reality you are facing the same 3 boards which isnt what you get in tft. The gamemode just feels repetitive and you aren't getting as much diversity as you would get when you play solo. I don't think changing the player count or combat system would save this mode. Im a big fan of co-op games but battlegrounds should definitely stick to solo and hearthstone should introduce co-op when the time is right.
