I lost access to over 4 years of subscription issues and purchased special editions (including the Halloween issues, ornament issues, and Christmas specials with various craft projects) with the new update. Even after clicking “restore purchases,” my magazines are gone. Please correct this problem ASAP. Users place their trust in Just CrossStitch that their digital purchases and every associated issue of the magazine will be available through the app. When other magazines have transitioned to pocket mags, previous purchases have always been available after opting to restore purchases. Why isn’t Just CrossStitch doing the same thing?
I can no longer justify recommending Just CrossStitch to other stitchers and will be telling others to steer clear as long as this problem persists
