  • Useless

    Every month I have to get support to fix this app so I can access my purchases and the new issue.
  • Crashing and unable to contact support

    Since updating to iOS 11.4 this app crashes after 5 seconds of launching. I’m unable to contact any of the support links because the app crashes before I can do so..very frustrating

  • Mag is great app is terrible

    No issues with this magazine, it's been quality for many years. The app is however terrible, and very annoying. You would think access to previous editions (that I have downloaded previously under my subscription) should be readily and easily available. I wish, as seemingly do most people who have made comment here. Fix it, or I won't be renewing my subscription!

  • Not currently working properly, but being looked at.

    After the app automatically updated, I can no longer read any of the issues that I have bought over the past year, nor can I restore them.

    What's worse, is that the app crashes when I try to restore the purchased issues.

    UPDATE:

    I have been in contact with those involved with the development of this app and they are currently working on resolving the issues.

    If you are having problems with iTunes Restore Purchase Items (within the app), please contact the Publisher of the magazine and let them know.

  • Doesn't work anymore

    seems I've lost all my downloaded issues too.
    Wants me to "start" now, and subscribe - my subscription is still active and auto- renew.

  • Doesn't work!!

    Warning. Do not buy this app. I had been using it and it was fine. Now it will not retrieve previous purchases. You are better to buy old fashioned hard copies. At least u get what u pay for.
  • Broken!

    The latest version of this app has lost my previously downloaded magazines and restoring subscriptions does nothing.

    The same is true of the updated Australian HiFi app.

    I tried sending an e-mail to their support address and have so far received no response.

    Shoddy, shoddy work and poor customer service.
