No sound! Fix this, please!
Like the other recent reviews, THE VIDEOS IN APP HAVE NO SOUND. The whole point of getting this was to have additional features than the printed book! It isn’t useless because mostly animation doesn’t need sound to be informative, but I’m very disappointed that this has not been resolved after a YEAR of complaints. I love this app! It’s perfect if you're just starting out or have been in the industry for years and want to remember the basics. I own the book as well and for the extra video content alone, this app is worth the cost. I’ve never run into any sound issues - I bought this back when I had the iPad 2, now I have the iPad Pro and it still works like a charm.
Although there is no way to bookmark in the app it does have a very nicely laid out table of contents that will take you back to any chapter.
If the price tag has you scared there is a demo version you can try out - that’s how they reeled me in.Show lessEmerald23dragon
Videos don’t work
I own the book which is amazing so I bought the app for the extra animated content but the videos don’t even play. $35 dollars wasted.Baconink
Where’s the sound?
The videos are muted now for some reason...is it an update bug because the sound used to work...Awesomenessystyle
No Sound - No Support
The app seems to be laid out better than the iBooks version but the iBooks version plays sound. I’ve been unable to get a hold of the developers and will retract my review if this issue is corrected.JB420XD

A rich, comprehensive and indispensable tool to learn animation, it gathers the collective experience and skills of a small army of professionals and drops it into your lap. This deserves 5 stars, but...
I got that "refreshing" notice from Apple as soon as I shelled out the money for this high priced app that this App might be obsolete if the developers don't update it. That means that future versions of iOS might render this costly app useless if the very same people charging you the money, the developers, don´t get to work and update this app. I hope that for the sake of their reputation and Mr. Williams himself they fix this issue which is rather embarrassing, I must say.

Love this, but one flaw
This is a great resource. I have the hard copy, but it's so great to see the animations! One large problem--- there is no way to highlight passages or bookmark pages. This is super frustrating! Please fix and it will be 5 stars.Cbt44
Just missing one thing
The app is great. I have the book, and this app certainly lives up to the quality, but... I did not find anyway to bookmark a specific page. If it had this, I would have given 5 starsraulteixeira
