I wasn’t home when there was tornado threat in Cookeville. I opened First Alert and the video was 2 hours old. I didn’t help to know if there storm was near us or not.CluckCluckCluck
Poor rain/ lightning alerts
I love WSMV weather but I keep getting rain/ lightning alerts when there is nothing on the radar and no clouds in the sky. Very frustrating!Linda729
App is fine but…
I hate the notification sound. It’s a man’s voice letting you know that you have an alert. Well it freaks me out! It’s really scary when you’re home alone and hear softening suddenly hear a man’s voice. I really wish they would change that.Jen.1976
Homesick for Nashville!
I’ve been living in Milwaukee for the last 10 months..I watch the WSMV weather and news app everyday ..Love it so much ..moving back to Nashville in 11 days thank u WSMV for getting me through homesick episodes..Don’t know what I would have done without it THANKS -Anthony OMusiccityoso

WSMV WEATHER TEAM
I agree with WSMV having the most accurate weather reporting team in this market. Dan Thomas and Lisa Spencer both seem very knowledgeable in their profession. Don’t get a warm fuzzy feeling about any of the others.
BTW, in my opinion there is nothing wrong with Lisa’s hair. She’s a very attractive middle aged lady and should wear her hair any way she darn well pleases.Show lessWCTNOld
