Not useful
Unfortunately it's pretty useless. Google Maps is better. This only gives one option in results. It just kept giving me the bus and I found no way to get the train to the same place (which was a faster option according to Google)craig4wd

Terribly useless
I tried using it then gave up when it could not recognise "Kyoto station" as a departure location.Kyoto Tourist
This app is a nightmare.
Good luck using this. If you don't know the precise stop name for the departure and arrival, you just get an error. The app can't even guess "Kyoto station" to [example stop] because Kyoto station isn't a bus stop name. You are better off with a simple paper map of bus routes or google maps' search. Needs improvement
Not as functional as the Tokyo subway app. I couldn't search for stations or bus stops. Too difficult to navigate the app.chiphip
Great idea, but doesn't work
This app needs to have drop downs for stations and stops. The website is great, so I know the concept works. It's just impossible to actually use the app unless you have the location names verbatim to how the app's lookup table (which is not visible to the user).unadjective
Really difficult to use
It is impossible to actually find a route using this. I try typing in a name of the station, like Kyoto Station, and it can’t find the location. I try dropping a pin on the map right on top of the station, next to the station, near the station, and it tells me it can’t find the location. I try to select the station using one of their train route lists, and it tells me it can’t find a station. I have never been able to actually get it to recognize any station or location ever.Show lessmemememememememememememee
