Good app, limited vocabulary
User friendly, like the play back options. Wish it had a larger vocabulary selection. For $12, some basic things like allergen concerns with food should be touched on. I am a celiac, so traveling is always scary for that reason. Gluten is not in the vocabulary. Seems like a very basic, international word.WakeSlayer

App settings allow you to control everything: how many words, how fast, record yourself, exclude what you have already perfected, practice vocabulary in context and much, much more! I love the gentle, encouraging reminders I receive every day via txt msg, at the time I chose! Plus many other brilliant features in NEMO! My Norwegian in-laws are impressed at how quickly I became able to hold simple conversations in social occasions and how I can get the gist of what they are talking about. I have only done about 40 hours of learning, so far.kaiuá

Easy to use
This app is amazing and very easy to use. In other apps, after learning a couple of words they completely stop teaching them to you and then expect you to remember them later. Now, in some brains that might be the case, but most likely it is very hard for a person to do that. This app keeps you learning words while reviewing the old ones very often, helping you to remember everything that it teaches you. Within these couple of weeks that I have been using this app, I am able to recognize many words and phrases that are often used in the Norwegian language, which to me is very impressive. Allows me to listen while driving without having to use the phone. Crisp clear pronounciation in both English and Norwegian. Few language apps include Norwegian. Totally worth the money for the upgrade.NurseHil
