Doesn’t work!

Opened the app followed the connection instructions to the letter. App refuses to see it as connected and lets me do nothing… massive fail.

Don’t bother getting the app

The speaker is good. Bluetooth works well. However, for some reason the battery stopped charging. Do you think there would be helpful troubleshooting in the app? Nope. Just ads and email phishing. Nothing actually helpful

Why so loud?

Speakers are really good, I’ll use different UE products around 10 years… but… why that sound when turning on and connecting the speaker so loud??? For what?…. Can you do something with that, please? Just hate that…

Works with iOS 18

After finally getting my Megaboom 3 paired with a new iPhone 16. It’s back in use in my workshop. I would prefer better instructions, everything works smoothly once you figure out the right button to push.

Hi Extensic, Sorry to hear about this hurdle. If your Megaboom 3 is working on other devices, but not your new phone. We may want to try a factory reset on your speaker. Allergic to iOS 18?

My Megaboom 3 worked great until I tried pairing it with an iPhone 16. It kept suggesting turning on the app (it was) and checking for a connection to the internet (there was). I’m looking forward to getting it connected eventually.

Feature request

This app works well but I would really like Spotify added to the playlist as well as dark mode added

Half decent speakers, but atrocious support.

Don’t expect it to get any better now they’ve been bought by Logitech so will be selling my speakers at some point for the new Bose or Sonos.

My speakers don’t partyup properly and haven’t for ages. Constant crackling. No firmware updates. No update to make the app work on my iPhone 16 Pro. These guys are asleep at the wheel

Used to be good

This app and speaker ecosystem used to be good, but now none of my speakers are getting firmware updates to fix bugs. It’s frustrating having my speaker read the wrong battery level or shut off at random times even when the battery still has hours of runtime remaining.

Won’t connect

My phone connects to my boom 4 just fine. The app completely fails to connect though. If I’m playing music and then open up the app, the music stops but the app never detects the device.
