Love/Hate Relationship.
I love the app and the exercises and the anatomy of which muscles you are working, but I hate the fact that I can no longer access it until it is updated to work with iOS 11.

It's a good application, but unfortunately all the pop-up advertisements renders it useless and extremely annoying.
There is no in app option to remove the adverts.Weezill
Only ads and no workouts
I tried to use it, but the first click takes you to an ad and the the App Store and you can't get to the workouts if they exist. Don't waste your time.Cumie
