No customer service
I have had this app for several years with no problems until September. I have not been able to receive new editions and no response to customer service. I have a current subscription. I have re downloaded the app. Nothing works no response from customer service. What a joke. Save your money.

App Not Functioning Since September 2019
I am having same problem as Auntibelle...I have had this app for 3 years now and it worked great before September 2019. I hope this issue is rectified soon or our money refunded on the subscription.
Not able to access

App does not function well since September 2019
I have this digital subscription for about two years. The app functioned well on both my iPad and iPhone. Since September 2019 it’s not functioning at all on my iPad and since last week my iPhone newest issue doesn’t appear yet previous magazines appear AND MY SUBSCRIPTION IS ACTIVE. I wrote to MAZ twice and only received on email with instructions to try and resolve my problem. The instructions could not be followed because on my iPad the “cog-wheel” doesn’t appear all. I sent another email with 2 screenshots of my issue and 72 hours later had no response. I called the customer service number and spoke with the tech and he was totally perplexed and said the subscription department will call me back. I think it was a brush off response. If I am wrong I will state it in my next review. For now, please DO NOT PURCHASE this app from the Apple Store. There definitely is a major glitch in this particular app provided by MAZ.

Horrible!
Ever since the last update I cannot download any new issues! I have contacted customer support twice with no response! I just renewed my subscription on September 1st but I am going to cancel it! I know I won’t get a refund so I am just gonna kiss that $35.00 goodbye! Extremely dissatisfied! Don’t waste your money on this pathetic app!😡😡😡

Terrible experiences
First it wouldn’t let me get my copies without paying for it again, now with my new subscription I can’t even open the site.
Don’t you care?
I’ve had the same issues hat other reviewers have, I purchased an annual subscription in September, 2018 and in February, 2019 I’m unable to access the magazine unless I “purchase” it AGAIN. iTunes indicates that this is to be brought to the website developer as it’s their issue. Unfortunately, there doesn’t seem to a way to contact them! Very disappointing! I will never sucker in again for this scam!
