  • Needs work

    We switched to this system to simplify our tracking of hours. I find that this not quite formatted to mobile devices which is what we mostly use. I couldn’t use this at all on my iPad and it’s wonky on my iPhone. It has potential just fix a few things with the formatting.

    Specifically would appreciate Autofill support so I don’t have to re-fill in my info every time I register for an event

    Hi! This should exist since early on, what info are you hoping to re-fill? Perhaps there are certain fields set up by the event administrator requiring you to input this information?

    We use this for our student org bc they have lowest fees and our school also uses it for us to find nonprofits to volunteer for
  • Volunteer and be an admin in one app

    I’m a shift admin and event manager. I appreciate now how I can log in with my credentials once to access abilities for searching, registration and now signing folks in for my shifts and events!

  • Would not recommend

    This platform is down at least once a day. And there is virtually no support. They basically ignore you, while your admin has no clue what to do. Also if you use an app and a desktop version, that creates two accounts and no one will tell you that. One reason for this is there is no visual manual which would have all that a new user needs to know. They just want you to sit there and browse random articles they have posted online with no visual aids at all. Will be recommending my school administrators to stop using this platform.

    We are sorry to hear about this (and we will do better). re - Duplicate Accounts: You only need one account to log-in on the app and desktop version unless you chose different login types from one to another (e.g., facebook login and gmail login could potentially use different emails than your institutions). In addition, some schools have multiple emails and ids for staff, students, employees, alum and faculty. These should have been shared with your administrators. If there are specific articles you want us to make better, let us know. We believe we can always improve.     Love this app. Absolutely easy to use to manage my volunteers for my non-profit event.
  • Recent Updates

    First iteration would crash now and then but I noticed since the updates it’s been much easier to use and navigate. Great for looking up events I’ve registered for on the go as well as getting push notifications for messages that volunteer coordinators send me.
