Excellent driver, and service. He opened the doors for us, offered us water, and drive safely, plus was respectful to other drivers.

Liftago is the only one that doesn’t cancel the ride and has the best service.
Liftago - a great service
Liftago was great. First time user. Driver spoke limited English but was informative using google translate. Downside I couldn’t work out where the pick up point was at Prague Florenc bus station.. sorted in a few mins.. remarkably cheaper than the airport taxis by 70%
App issues
The app was not very easy to use. At first, I couldn’t put in my credit card information and then my ride was set to cash when I thought I had selected card and there was no way to change it. I also had a discount which I wasn’t able to use since the ride was paid in cash. Not very user friendly.

Uber failed me, this app worked
I arrived late at Prague airport. My 1st choice was Uber as I needed to get to my apartment ASAP. I tried the Uber app, but couldn’t find my driver. This app was choice number 2. It worked very well, in fact the driver rang me within 1 minute and then located me 2 minutes later. The price was very competitive and both the car and the driver exceeded my expectations.

Tried this app 5 times in Brno, never found a pick up. Useless.
