I love this app! I especially like being able to slow down the Hebrew words a little. Even the free version offers enough variety to keep me from being bored, and the full version has a staggering amount of information. Definitely recommend. Am now saving for a trip to Israel. Nehedar!

This is a great app ? It's really practical and easy to use it .It makes learning a new language so much easier , step by step with clear pronunciation with a variety of useful words and everyday sentences! Great app I would highly recommend it !!

Excellent tool to use with my study of Ivrit and especially appreciate the audio to express the correct pronunciation! Valuable resource too when needing to find a word from English to Hebrew or vise versa!
Don't waste your money on this product
So when I first tried this product I thought it was really good. The woman would speak the English and then the gentleman would speak to Hebrew so it was a good way to learn

Today, for some unknown reason it switched and you can't switch it back so the Hebrew is spoken first and then the English. This is really good if you are fluent in Hebrew and want to learn English but if you already know English and are trying to learn Hebrew it's a total waste
Making matters worse, I contacted customer service and the response I got was silence... So, if you're even remotely considering buying this product save your money there are better alternatives out there

Good start, hindered by a bug after some progress
The good: it has a variety of tools to learn from listening, writing, and reading. It also let's you set a pace to learn at, with a variety of good free options to start with before you can pay.
The bad: the app has a bug after you have unlocked about 20-30 words where it begins freezing up in practice around the 7th word. You have to force close the app after every 7th word or uninstall the app. And if you uninstall the app you lose all of your progress, there's no saving to their service or to iCloud. Also the speaking checks could be more fleshed out.

Excellent Hebrew app
I have been using the upgraded version for 3 weeks during the 6 hours of driving I have each week. I am amazed how quickly I am learning Hebrew with this app. It has multiple settings that helps to hear, say and recognize words and phrases. The repetition is timed well and there is a setting so that the English, Hebrew and written word is available at the same time. Also, the selection of words and phrases is perfect for conversational use.

Great!
I love it. There is a glitch with the word 'there' though. It would pronounce it when I first tap on it, but not after that and it would lock the screen every time I did tap it. That was my only complaint though. All in all- it is a great app for learning Hebrew!
Great App - But Fatally Flawed
I absolutely love this app, and it has greatly improved my Hebrew. I find myself wasting less time on social media, and more time studying language.
That said, I have had problems with a recurring glitch, across two different versions of iOS. Sometimes, when imputing Hebrew characters into the search tool, the app will freeze and the screen will be stuck on the βPreparingβ¦β message. Once this is done, the app completely loses responsiveness, and must be quit and reopened. However, even after reopening, the search feature remains frozen. The other areas of the app are accessible, but if you tap on the search feature, the βpreparingβ screen will again appear, and the original characters you entered will remain frozen in the search bar. It again loses responsiveness, and must again be quit and reopened.
Hereβs the kiss of death: in order to fix the problem, you must completely uninstall and reinstall the app. Then, you must reinstall your premium package and re-download everything. All of your highly personalized user data is lost, and you must rebuild your progress in the app from square one. This is extremely inconvenient and time consuming, and has happened not one, not two, but three times!
Again, I love the app itself, but I canβt stand this bug! Without the bug, it would be a hands-down 5 stars, however, I must reluctantly reward it 3 stars until fixed.

Nemo Hebrew
I have tried many AIDS to help me learn vocabulary - some good and some not. As long as you realize that learning individual words is only a very small part of strategies for learning a language then this is a great little app. I like it that tje words are large enough to read easily - so many others have minuscule letters. And you can rate the words for hot (need to practice) and cold (don't need to) and grades in between. The ability to listen to experts and then record your own pronunciation is fantastic. I would have liked to see a score setup so I could rate myself. I do love the daily package and I can add or subtract words to suit my situation. So rating? 9/10. Thanks Nemo.

I keep finding more things this app can do. Recently discovered that it will play my pronunciation along side an accurate one for comparison. Very helpful! Being a much older adult, doing things on computers doesn't come easy but this beautifully designed app makes it pretty darn easy yet supplies you with plenty of material and ways learn it. I even like the little reminders that pop up once every few days to remind and encourage me to keep going.
