Hello, sorry for the issue you’ve run into. I believe the issue is regarding the volume/sound settings on your phone. Is the sound slider button on the side of your phone off? If this is switched off there will be no audio from the app. However, if you have this turned on and the volume up you will hear sounds from the app like normal. I just purchased this app and yet none of the sounds I’ve tried will actually play. It should work immediately, I assume. Is that right?

Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. The crash was caused by a fault in iOS 11. The app was updated last year and it works fine on all supported iOS versions now. Hello, sorry for the inconvenience. The app was updated shortly after your review, and also please make sure the sound switch on the side of your phone is on so you’ll hear the sounds. Sometimes people have issues with the sound not playing but the problem happens due to the audio switch on the side of their phone being on silent. This app doesn't allow you to use for alerts or sounds. I downloaded to use for alerts for texts but it won't transfer to your sounds on iPhone 6. Waste of money, don't buy!K-poo-22_1717
