Zero stars! App not updated in 3 years doesn’t work
Do *NOT* buy this webcam or product if you use an iPhone. The app hasn’t been updated in THREE years. Unusable for any iPhone that’s come out since 2018–let that sink in—2018!
Support website is in Mandarin/Chinese so no support available if you don’t speak Mandarin.
It will not pair or connect with an iPhone! I have an Xr iPhone.
I am negotiating with the shopkeeper to exchange for a GoPro.
This cam is *impossible* to use with an iPhone.

it’s bad
it doesn’t show how to turn my camera on
Trashiest app ever.
This app is horrid and only worked with a family members 7 year old android. I tried it on 3 different apple products and picture quality wouldnt be transfered or let alone give me any options of transfering over videos.
Garbage app
The camera itself was hard enough to set up, but the app is completely useless and a waste of time
Not functional
Help! I can’t review the photos and videos I’ve taken or transfer them to my phone. I’m on vacation and didn’t bring my computer and I’d really like to share these with family back home but no way to do so.

When I try download all my videos it downloads one like 10 time (the same video)

Not everything works
This app would probably get 5 stars from me... IF everything worked as it should do.
What does work:
Starting/stopping video, taking pictures, changing video formats and picture resolution, watching and listening to live camera feed.
What doesn't work:
Accessing stored content remotely. The app just tells me there is nothing available.
Also, if I lose wifi connection, once I get the connection back, the app isn't great at reconnecting to the camera. I find myself having to close the app, disconnect and reconnect the wifi, re-open the app, sometimes takes a few attempts.

Rubbishy camera and app
Camera over complicated. App drops wifi connection after a few seconds. Do not buy.
