Apple Watch version!

Solid app! Suggest changing the pacer approach.
I love the apps in this series - mainly because I get a beep (and verbal instruction) to run, another beep to walk, and a beep when I’m halfway and I should turn around. The 5K and 10K are my favourites.
For the ‘pacer’ apps, I struggle a bit. Other programs that use interval training will do short intervals, where you increase your RPE for each interval. (So maybe a 5 effort for your baseline run, then 6, 7, 8 and 9 for 4x intervals - simply stretch that out for 8x.) “Short” might be 30 seconds for the first few weeks, and build up to 2-3 minutes over the weeks. The last intervals might stay at 30 seconds so you can really go all out sprinting.
I’m also not running a 10K in 60 minutes yet - hence buying the pacer apps - so the 60-minute run is at best 9K + warm up and cool down. It feels a little gloomy to be so far outside the app’s expectations, but as a 40-year old woman, even achieving 62 minutes is apparently considered pretty good. I wonder if there could be different “long run” lengths, with a suggestion based on age and gender that the user can then accept or modify?

Great app
Use it all the time. Really great app. Had been experiencing weirdness but an iOS update sorted it out.
Super app
A super app I’ve used several times over the years to keep 10k pacer running interesting. Never get bored of it!
Best apps!!
I LOVE these apps!!! I couldn’t run to the fridge and back and am now doing the 10K pacer! Awesome!
I love all the Fitness22 apps
I’ve used several Fitness 22 apps and like all of them. The plans are very sensible and I’ve never had an injury following them. They are easy to use and work properly every time. Not glitches or issues. Super impressed and recommend them to all my friends and fellow runners.
Works!
Started with 10K Runner from 0 and now moving on to 10K Pacer!!! Buy them they work
Big improvement in pace!
This has given me an easy to follow framework for improving for 6 miles and I’ve really enjoyed it. Im running much faster than when I started!
I’m training for a hilly race and have added a hill repeat to my week. I wish there was a “hills” day as part of the app that I could check off. Otherwise, love it.

5K to 10K to this. All great
8 months ago I downloaded the 5K app as a non-runner. To quote Real Genius, I only ran “when chased.” After finishing that, I ran a 5K event, and then I decided to do the 10K app. After finishing that, I floundered for a couple weeks trying to increase my speed, so I downloaded this app. For all these apps, I love the guidance, and the slow steps taking me to a place where I can run farther faster.

Keep at it
I am a big fan of the C2 apps. I used it to get me to my first 5k and 10K races. Was happy with my times in my last 10K race, so using this to increase my speed before I move on to the half marathon. These apps work, just have to stick with it
