Love the app. Glad the magazine is available in this format. However, lost all my magazines when I purchased a new iPad. The restore purchases button does not seem to work. I have had a subscription since 2013 and lost all the magazines in between. What do I need to do? Only once did I get a messages about iTune failure. Otherwise, when you push the restore purchases button a box comes up with
    Yudu:restorepurchases
    Open
    Copy
    Share
And nothing really happens when you push the restore purchases button.

  • Easy way to read my favorite magazine

Love this app and this magazine!
  • M.G.

I like to read my hard copy when at home, but like to read by app copy when waiting in the car for my husband or granddaughter. The magazine itself has wonderful stories and very easy to read.
  • Great resource!

So works as a resource when on the go; enjoy all the wonderful articles!
  • Gather is good!

Thought provoking Bible study, exposing Old Testament, New Testament, and Psalms relationships. Historical support to clarify the stories. Relates well to living life in the world today. Articles and prayers that are heartwarming and theologically intact.
  • Gather Magazine...GREAT

I love having Gather Magazine on my iPad. I am not "bothered" anymore while waiting for appointments, I read my Gather Magazine stories, and study my lesson for the month. Along with an online Bible on my iPad, I am all set for our WELCA Bible Study each month. Thanks so much.....
  • Nice

I love having this on my IPad, instead of taking the paper around. Very pleased to have all of them in one place and no fire hazard.
  • Handy and convenient!

Connecting the app to your print subscription is very easy. I also love that you still get the print copy, so you can give it to a less-technically-inclined friend!

This is literally a digital version of the print magazine, which means that the format is not ideal for a small screen such as a phone or iPod. (You have to zoom in and constantly move around on the page to read the articles.) I wouldn't want to have to read it ONLY on my phone. On a larger screen it's perfect, however, and it's easy to follow along with others who are using the print version.

Last week I actually downloaded a past issue while I was leading Bible study, and was able to find what I was looking for without interrupting the discussion. Very handy with this year's study!
