Here we go again

Update: It is now 2 weeks after the last iOS version came out & surprise, surprise, I still can’t open Finescale Modeler or restore my purchases if I can get it to open from the app store. I don’t think the folks that are supposed to take care of these problems have a clue what’s happening.

Once again an iOS update has caused Finescale Modeler to crash & burn. Now it seems that NOTHING will make it work. I have uninstalled & reinstalled the app several times without success. If I uninstall & reinstall, I have to use the app store to open the magazine. The issues are all locked. If I try to verify my purchases, it goes to the opening page & stalls. It’s obvious from the constant problems that whoever is responsible doesn’t care whether it works or not.

Worst Ever

Cannot access. I have tried repeatedly to access my subscription. I have read this magazine for years. Obviously, you’ll want to stay away based on the reviews. Very disappointing as I can’t afford the print version.

Absolute rubbish app

This app locks the latest issues and asks for login details yet I subscribe through iTunes so don’t have a login for FSM! How do I get my issues that I’ve paid for but can’t access???!!!!???

Unusable

This app doesn’t work at all. Step one is to log in, and it fails every time. I can’t see any of the digital issues that I’ve paid for.

Not recognizing my username & password

Seems everytime iOS is updated I have to delete the app & reinstall. This time it still isn’t working. It won’t recognize my username & password. Nobody wants to take responsibility for the problem. If I could give a zero stars, I would.

Ugh...

Worked when I first installed it years ago. Got back into the hobby this year and it no longer works. At all. Won’t get past the login screen. Trash, and I’d like my money back.

Impossible to use

App refuses to recognize my password. I paid for both print and digital copies but I’m utterly unable to use the digital version. Email to customer service goes unanswered.

Extinction

I know print media companies are struggling these days and I tried to support these guys but this is ridiculous. I’ve had this app for several years and have paid for many articles that are now completely inaccessible. It appears that the developer has no Interest in fixing it. I’ll chock up my losses and if I want to see builds of models or find modeling tips I guess I’ll just have to use the internet...for free. I don’t know what I’ll do without being spammed on every other page with advertisements. Which ironically is why I thought you “pay” for a subscription to begin with, so as to avoid all the ads. These guys want the best of both worlds, my dollars and advertising dollars. Then not to even support the app that I have to pay for every month??? Yeah, I can see these guys going the way of the dinosaurs and it’s been a long time coming.

The App need a major update

The magazine is excellent, however, the App crashes, locks you out so you can’t get the magazine. Asks you to restore purchase’s but does nothing. Cancelled my subscription.
