Does not get past login screen
Once authenticated does not get past login screen.
Poor design with lots of bugs
The app has been designed separately from the enterprise platform, is extremely slow and plagued with numerous bugs, each of which takes months to resolve by customer support. Negative feedback from personnel in the field.
Doesn't work
Tells me to connect to Internet to send case, despite me being connected by wifi and 4g
